Online Tickets for Events:
A secure online white label facility with fully event-branded E-Tickets for your clients that can be printed at home and features a unique barcode that is scanned at your event. Our service includes:
- Instant Access to your live management reports
Our live real-time reporting system allows you to see sales and associated data as they happen on your PC, tablet or smartphone. If required, we can also email you a copy of all tickets sold.
- Discount Codes and Early Bird Offers
When launching your event using discount or early bird codes, we help you monitor how your event marketing plan is progressing.
- Mobile Ticketing
We can send the customer their tickets direct to their mobile phone if they prefer, instead of e-Tickets. There is a small extra charge for this service to cover network operator costs.
- Tracked outbound email campaigns
We can offer you email campaigns to help promote your event or forward updates to your existing clients about your event e.g. Headline Acts etc.
We supply Vinyl entrance wristbands for your event fully branded FREE OF CHARGE
- Scanning Staff for the event
As part of our service we provide staff to scan tickets on entry; 1 member of staff per 1,000 tickets is provided. We can also provide, if necessary, extra staff including scanning equipment POA.
- Online Ticket sales still live during the event
You can still sell tickets during your event due to our sophisticated syncing system, allowing people to purchase tickets and then be added to the gate scanning system within 30 seconds (good 3G or Wi-Fi signal required onsite).
- Secure online payment
All payments can be made into your merchant or PayPal account.
We can process your payments on your behalf for a 3.5% transaction fee. (Please note, you would not receive payment until 5 working days after your event.)
- Event Support
Your event will receive pre, during and post event support from one of our personal account managers, including 24/7 phone and email support.
- Post Event Survey
We use SurveyMonkey after the event to get feedback on your behalf from all your customers.

We can also provide onsite ticketing staff and infrastructure for your event. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. We work with you to make sure that first impressions are exactly what you and your guests deserve, require and, most importantly, want.
Mobile Ticket/Box Office:
Why not try hire of an onsite ticket office, 5.5m long with four sales points, unstaffed at £300 plus VAT per day, plus 60 pence per mile from YO41 1EA. The unit also comes with lighting, air conditioning, a fridge, a sink, closed circuit television (CCTV), a safe and a TV screen to display any information. We can provide staff if necessary (POA).
